  • If you cancel your booking more than 14 days before the planned activity or service, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount will apply.
  • Should you prefer to change the date of your tour rather than receiving a refund, you're allowed to do so once without any fees, provided you notify us of the new date at least 30 days before your original arrival date. This option to reschedule is available for up to one year from the initially scheduled tour date.
  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled activity or service will not be eligible for a refund.
  • If opting to change your tour date rather than obtain a refund within this 14-day period, you can reschedule once with a 20% penalty. Notification of the new date must occur at least 30 days before your arrival date. The right to reschedule under these conditions remains valid for one year from the date of the original tour.

Once you have completed your reservation, kindly forward copies of the passports for all participants, along with details of your airport transfers for both arrival and departure, to us via email at reservation@pbdtur.com.
